Q: Will I receive a receipt after payment?

Yes, the system automatically generates a receipt once you have made the payment. You can view or download the receipt through your browser. If you have provided your e-mail id, then you will also receive the receipt through a system generated e-mail.

Q: Why was my payment refused?

We only accept credit cards on selected payment sources, otherwise payment can only be made via debit cards. If you have used a debit/credit card for your payment and the payment is refused, it may be because your bank or building society has refused the payment.
